Resident Referral Program
EARN FREE RENT!
For each referral who signs a new 12-month lease we’ll give you a rent credit of $200.
It’s great having people you know in your community, especially when you’re responsible for them being there. When you refer your family, friends or associates to any of our Smith Tandy Group properties, who meet our residency requirements and moves in we will give you a referral fee.
Program Rules
- Only current residents of Smith Tandy Group are eligible to receive rent credits for referrals.
- Make sure they mention your name on their 1st visit to the community.
- To be eligible for a rent credit, the referred friend must sign at least a 12-month lease on an apartment not currently occupied by the referring resident.
- To be eligible for a rent credit, the current resident’s name must be listed on the lease application form as the sole referring or marketing entity.
- After your referral moves in and pays their 2nd full month’s rent, you will receive a rental concession on your next month’s rent.
- Referral is limited to one per unit leased; not per resident referred.
